The Elixir of Life is a rare potion in Fable, Fable: The Lost Chapters and Fable Anniversary that permanently increases The Hero of Oakvale's maximum health, as well as also fully healing him upon use.

A rare herbal potion, with extraordinary health-boosting powers. Become more healthy than you have ever been before!
According to the game files for Fable: The Lost Chapters, these potions increase your maximum Health by 15 points. The game has a maximum health value, which can only be reached with a combination of upgrading Vitality and drinking Elixirs of Life. With level 7 Vitality, only 4 Elixirs of Life are required to reach the cap. As such, the potions found in The Northern Wastes may be useless given fully upgraded Vitality unless you missed some on mainland Albion.

- Archon's Shrine in a fishing spot, closer to the entrance to The Northern Wastes Foothill.
