The Lightning Augmentation is one of eight augmentations available in Fable, Fable: The Lost Chapters and Fable Anniversary. It increases the damage inflicted by the user's weapon against monsters that are weak to lightning.
Description
Increases the damage caused to foes harmed by storms or lightning. Bind this augmentation to your weapon through the Weapon Menu. Remember, this is permanent!
Visual Effect
Weapons that Sport Lightning Augmentations have an arc of lightning along the weapon's edge. In Anniversary The lightning can be seen spinning around the weapon's edge.

Creatures Affected by Lightning
The number in brackets represents the damage increase to the weapon per augmentation. This increased damage is multiplicative, two augmentations at +25% each would actually increase damage by +56.25%.

Notes
- This is the worst damage-increasing augmentation to get because the enemies most affected by it (hobbes) are equally affected by flame augmentations which also affect other creatures. The only creatures that lightning is best against are wasps, and those have too little health for it to make a noticeable difference.
Trivia
Similar to how a Lightning Augmentation works, there was meant to also be two spells that were cut from the game known as Storm and Blaze which appear to be the predecessors of this concept.
